We truly believe we have some of the best products in the world, and we want to make sure we back that up with a risk-free ironclad 30-day guarantee.
If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Buying items online can be a daunting task, so we want you to realize that there is absolutely ZERO risks in buying something and trying it out. If you don't like it, no hard feelings we'll make it right.

Providing your item is unworn, as new and has all its tags attached you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase (or 14 days for Sale items). Please fill in the returns form that accompanied your order and sends it back to us with your returned item(s), following the guidelines below.
When you request a refund for returned products, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping cost.
If you are returning part of a Bundle or Complete, the bundle discount is no longer valid and your refund amount will reflect this.
We aim to pay refunds within 7 days of the return arriving with us.
International returns are at the customer's expense, unless the returned item is faulty, in which case please contact Customer Services and we will arrange to cover your costs. All returns to us in China from overseas must be marked on the customs declaration that it is a 'RETURNED ITEM' and also including a print out of the emailed receipt you have from us.

We are happy to offer returns on any full price and sale items returned to us in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt of order, with proof of purchase.
Please ensure that:
- The apreswear tags have not been removed
- None of the items have been worn
- Please take care trying items on. If you return items to us marked with deodorant, makeup or fake tan we will refuse a return and return the item (s) back to you.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift, we can't prevent the card-owner knowing.

How to Return an Item?
Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order
Enclose this form with the unwanted items in the original packaging or secure mailing bag.
Use the address on the returns form, found on the front of the invoice, to address your parcel. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns. We recommend posting tracked and signed to ensure safe delivery.
Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty (or it is not the item you have ordered), please contact us on email email@example.com and we will arrange for a label to be sent out.
Please note that we are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.
Please contact our Customer Service to get the return address and don't return the item to the address listed on our webiste .
